Terms & Conditions
- Check-in Time – 10:00 AM and Checkout time is 08:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night’s room rate.
- Guests must carry original Government ID proof at the time of check in. This could be an Aadhaar card/Passport/Driving License and voter id card.
- In case of foreign nationals, they must carry Passport and valid visa stamped.
- PAN card will not be accepted at the time of check in, request to carry the above mentioned id proof`s at the time of check in.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in public areas within the Hotel.
- Any consumption apart from the Standard Package inclusions will be charged as on actuals and added to the final bill.
- Guests are liable for any damages or losses incurred during their stay, including in their assigned room or other hotel facilities. In case of damage, the guest will be notified immediately, and an assessment will be made to determine the cost of repairs or replacements.
- Any hike in government taxes the same would be charged accordingly on the above mentioned room rates and meals.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 Days prior to date of arrival – 0% of the total bill will be charged.
- 29 Days to 15 Days prior to date of arrival – 25% of the total bill will be charged.
- 14 Days to 08 Days prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.
- 07 Days less prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.
- No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
